Copley Community Orchard members have access to educational workshops on organic fruit tree care and other local food-related topics; participate in decisions about developing the site and on-site programming; and also receive a share of any fruit that is harvested during the season. Members are asked to commit to coming out for 5 of the 7 work parties. (Volunteers are always welcomed)!
We request a suggested donation of $20/year. This covers a small portion of the costs of maintaining an orchard, including the purchase of all plant materials, infrastructure, soil amendments and coordination. There will be no additional costs for educational workshops, fruit trees, shrubs, infrastructure and soil amendments.
**No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please contact us if cost is a barrier to your participation.
