It’s an URBAN GARDEN FAIR!
Sunday, April 21st, 11am – 3pm
Come and see what’s been growing in the Kensington-Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood!
Along the Skytrain line, between the Nanaimo and Commercial-Broadway stations are three amazing urban agriculture projects.
The Cedar Cottage Garden, Copley Community Orchard and Crow’s Point Community Garden will all be on-site April 21st to share with you what they’ve been up to!
There will be fun activities for all ages, food, prizes, a perennial plant sale, workshops and more.
Start your neighbourhood garden tour at any of the three sites and pick up a beautiful map that you can colour in and drop off at your final stop to be entered into a draw to WIN some great prizes (blueberry bushes, strawberry plants and more!)
**Please note each garden will be open for the fair over a different time period**
Crow’s Point – 11am – 2pm
Cedar Cottage Garden – 11am – 3pm
Copley Community Orchard – 1pm – 3pm
ALL GARDENS OPEN from 1pm – 2pm
